We believe that training of our people is an integral part of our service delivery. Training programs for our people are continuous, active and realistic. This is also supported by formal training courses.
Our approach in developing our people involves seven distinct steps:

Before any personnel can begin to work on any site, we ensure that they understand what tools/chemicals are required for the task at hand. Along with the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), it is imperative for all our staff to also read the Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) and understand the correct procedure and hazard controls that need to be in place.
